ESSENTIAL OIL HEALTH TIPS — MUSCLE INJURY/PAIN
Add the following essential oils to a roller bottle (with a metal roller) or a dropper bottle.
Top off with your carrier oil of choice.
(We suggest almond oil, olive oil, or fractionated coconut oil).
4 drops of Wintergreen
3 drops of Helichrysum
1 drop of Clove
1 drop of Peppermint
Apply to affected area after icing for 10 minutes - every hour for the first 24 hours.
Tips to remember: Always use 100% Pure Essential Oil (Pharmaceutical Grade) for safety and efficacy.
