ESSENTIAL OIL HEALTH TIPS — PSORIASIS
Add the following essential oils to 1 teaspoon of extra-virgin coconut oil (EVCO), mix well, and apply topically to areas as needed. May help relieve symptoms of psoriasis.
Recipe:
10 drops of Lavender essential oil
5 drops of Helichrysum essential oil
5 drops of Myrrh essential oil
3 drops of Melaleuca (aka Tea Tree) essential oil
