For the hand (only if not pregnant): using dominant hand press on the soft flesh between thumb and index fingers and press firmly for about 60 seconds, can alleviate the headaches and sinus pressure.
For the face:
Press using index fingers into the cheek area beside the nostrils. Hold for 1-3 minutes. Can relieve pressure and stuffiness even runny nose.
Temples: press using index for 1-3 minutes, can reduce headaches, eye pressure, and temple pain.
Inner eyebrow: press and push up slightly 1-3 minutes, may ease sinus pain headaches in eye and forehead region.
Below the eye: in the depression area hold pressure for 1-3 minutes. This can relieve any pain in the cheek area.
