Sanne from New Zealand shares hand reflexology tips to improve sleep. She demonstrates the following:
Press and hold the side/tip of the thumb for 3 seconds, this regulates melatonin.
Then press and release in 3-4 presses in an upward motion along the same thumb along the outside, do this 3 times. This helps to clear the mind.
Then, on top of the open hand, press, and roll between the finger joints. Do this 3 times. This helps with relaxation and deeper breathing and oxygenation.
Press across the palm 3 times. This helps release tension through the whole body.
Be sure to relax your shoulders and breathe deeply throughout.
